TCL, the Chinese device manufacturer contracted by BlackBerry to design and make its smartphones is gearing up to release the last instalment of the trio of mid-range Android-powered BlackBerry smartphones, codenamed Mercury.
As was the case yesterday when one of its senior executives, Steve Cistulli, took to social media to hype the device and reveal a 4-second video, TCL, isn’t done with those, yet. There’s one more before the company unwraps the device we expect will be DTEK70, taking a cue from what became of the devices codenamed Neon and Argon.
As if the frequent teasers by TCL staff are not enough, there are some leaked renders from China that seem to corroborate everything we’ve heard of the upcoming device including the physical keyboard and the rounded corners.
