Nexus 5 and Android 4.4 KitKat shown off in new video

A render of the LG Nexus 5 from a Reddit user

This is the clearest video of the upcoming LG made Google Nexus. Watch it below

The video features an old prototype of the Nexus 5 since there is lack of the Nexus branding that we have seen in the most recent leaks. However as you can see in the video it is the Nexus 5 whose renders we have been seeing over the last couple of days. The video just shows off the hardware and on the software side just focuses on a few Google apps like Chrome, Keep, YouTube, Google Earth etc. On the about screen you can notice that it is clearly indicated that the device is the Nexus 5 but there is something rather curious. Key Lime Pie! Do not be alarmed though since it is public knowledge that in order to avoid leaks, Google kept everyone including its employees working on the new Android version in the dark by calling Android 4.4 Key Lime Pie internally till this September when KitKat was announced as the official codename for Android 4.4.
