Orange Kenya makes its data bundles more appealing, rewards you for purchase

Orange internet

Orange Kenya has a new offer where they reward customers with a 100% data bonus with every purchase from 20 MB to 5 GB. Basically if you purchase 100 MB you get an extra 100 MB data bonus, the catch is you spend this at night from 10 pm to 6 am.

“As an additional benefit, our subscribers who purchase any Internet on Mobile (IoM) or Internet Everywhere (IEW) data bundle will get the same bundle free as a bonus. For example, a customer purchasing 500 MB of data will get an extra 500 MB as a bonus,” said Maureen Sande, Orange Kenya Chief Corporate Communications Officer.

With this also comes data price reduction that will see the cost of internet bundles priced at Kshs 20 for a 20 MB data bundle, validity of this being 7 days. 50 MB will cost Kshs 50 down from Kshs 100 while the 100 MB data bundle will be priced at Kshs 120 down from Kshs 150. This is a three month offer that starts from 1st of July to September.

Kenyan internet is expensive? As compared to what? Let me correct you, Kenyan internet is really one of the lowest priced in the continent, especially mobile data.

I am a heavy user like to browse alot and download. but how can one enjoy what the internet has to offer whether its watching YouTube, downloading movies and music and other stuff. if am stuck with data bundles, unlimited bundles is too expensive to acquire in a monthly basis, so where is the part one says it is the lowest priced?
