At the present we are used to the Android vs IOS ‘wars’ either for market share and how Samsung continues to be the champion in the Smartphone market.
The tune shall soon alter for once and in its place shift ears and eyes to Huawei which is now threatening the Apple-Samsung duopoly.
According to the latest Gartner report, Huawei poses the greatest danger for Samsung and Apple’s domination. Huawei boosted its total yearly Smartphone sales with more than 73% in 2012, reaching the 27.2 million mark making it the third in total shipments.
But it is closely followed by many competitors, including Nokia, BlackBerry, LG, ZTE and Sony.
Huawei achieved this despite the fact that it is still regarded as an outsider in the western world.
